The Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow

The Black Eyed Peas believes that “the energy never dies,”
which explains the title of their new album, “The E.N.D.”

Judging from how fans obsessively embraced previous Peas’ hits like “My Humps,”
“Don’t Phunk with My Heart,” “Let’s Get It Started” and “Where is the Love?,”
the music world certainly hopes so.
Black Eyed Peas
The Black Eyed Peas releases its fifth studio album on June 9.
The album’s lead single, “Boom Boom Pow,” has already hit the No. 1 spot
on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, becoming the band’s first song to top the chart.
Boom Boom Pow is an energetic dance-pop and hip-hop song
in line with the Peas’ signature style.

*sexy* housewife Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez finds staying at home ‘sexy’.

The singer-actress, whose twins, Max and Emme, are 14-months-old,

for a quiet night in, despite her glamorous lifestyle.

She said,
"People will probably be surprised to discover that I find it sexy to stay home -
to me that's the best place to be.
I find it really cosy and yummy being with a man who loves to stay in."

The 39-year-old beauty also says she felt a great deal of sympathy for Britney Spears
when she went through her breakdown last year and is glad she no longer
has the paparazzi following her every move.

She said in an interview with Britain's OK! Magazine,
"It was painful to watch Britney. I understood everything she was going through,
having been through divorce and been a big pop star.
Having fame, having money, having people depend on you, having kids - it's tough.
Understanding what it's like to be chased by paparazzi 24 hours a day.
My life is not like that anymore, but by choice.
I won't live that way because it will destroy you."

She said:
"The most embarrassing thing to happen on set was when I busted my face.
I tripped over a wire that was in the grass and totally busted it.
I was having the worst day because when I went in my trailer,
I fractured my ankle falling up the stairs.
My mom was like, 'I don't know how anybody falls up the stairs and breaks their ankle.'"

swine flu

Until a vaccine for swine flu is developed some months from now,
the best hope for treating the illness lies with anti-viral drugs.
But if you're healthy or you have only mild symptoms of the flu,
experts say you shouldn't take them.

If too many people ask their doctors for prescriptions,
supplies of anti-viral drugs could be depleted.
People who take the medications unnecessarily can suffer needless side effects.

Perhaps most important, the medications may lose their effectiveness if they are overused,
as quick-adapting viruses build up defenses.
Indeed, the H1N1 virus causing the current swine flu outbreak appears to be resistant
to two older anti-viral drugs, amantadine and rimantadine, according
to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Tamiflu
That leaves two alternatives: oseltamivir, a pill sold under the brand name Tamiflu,
and zanamivir, an inhaled medication sold as Relenza.
The drugs work on the "N" (for neuraminidase) part of the H1N1 virus,
hampering the ability of virus particles to leave a cell and spread infection.

The federal government recommends that states have enough medication on hand
to treat 25 percent of the population.
