Even though she graces the cover of the October issue of Shape magazine
wearing a big smile and a tiny bikini, Jennifer Love Hewitt sounds
like she still hasn't gotten over that nasty "cellulite" incident
two years ago.

Remember the photo that paparazzi snapped of her frolicking in Hawaii
in a black bikini with a little bit of - gasp! - cellulite on her size 2 body?
Boy did she catch a lot of scathingly unkind, unfair flack.

"I'm a girl, after all!" Jennifer tells Shape magazine about feeling insecure
about her bod

"For the most part, yeah, I'm happy with my body, but there are days
when I'm like, 'Ugh! Really? Why is it so hard to fit into my jeans?'
That's when I say to myself,
'I look this way because I'm supposed to.
If we all looked the same, we'd be boring.'"

She credits boyfriend Jamie Kennedy for helping her improve her diet -
"he has a salad with every meal, plus lots of fruit, fish and vegetables" -
and being a good influence on her.
And she's keeping good thoughts in her head these days, too.
"I fall asleep feeling beautiful," she says.
"Then, in the morning, before I leave the house, I say five things I love about myself,
like 'You have really pretty eyes.
' That way I can go out into the world with that little bit of extra confidence.
It's a feel-good protein shake in my back pocket in case someone
messes with me that day."

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom get married

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have tied the knot.


The 29-year-old Los Angeles Lakers forward and the 25-year-old reality TV starlet
were married Sunday at a private residence in Beverly Hills.

The bride was walked down the aisle by her stepfather, Bruce Jenner.
The wedding was attended by numerous stars, including the bride's sister Kim.


"Tonight was one of the best nights of my life!
Khloe & Lamar's wedding was a night to remember!" Kim said.

Kardashian appears with her family on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
She and her sister Kourtney co-star in the E! spinoff show,
"Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami."

Odom agreed to a four-year contract to stay with the Lakers this summer
after helping the team win the franchise's 15th NBA championship in June.

Miley Cyrus showed evidence at Staples Center on Tuesday night
that her 43-city Wonder World tour looks to be the first step
in a concerted campaign to make the transition from 'tween sensation'

As if to announce her image reboot, the show's first two songs, "Breakout"
and "Start All Over," though not new material, touch on the theme
of self-reinvention -- a theme made more evident when Cyrus
opened the show trapped inside what looked like a block of ice,
with the implication that Cyrus was bursting free from her previous incarnation.

Avril Lavigne kicks hubby Deryck Whibley out

Speculation swirled on Thursday that Avril Lavigne and hubby Deryck Whibley
are calling it quits after three years of marriage.

A source dished to Us Magazine that "Complicated" singer Lavigne, 24,
"dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on.
Divorce papers will be filed any day now."
Another insider tells the mag that Sum 41 frontman Whibley, 29, "is crushed."

No divorce papers have surfaced yet, however, and reps for the pair
did not return the magazine's calls for comment.
Still, tongues have wagged for some time now that the musical marriage was falling flat.

In August, a Gatecrasher spy spotted the Canadian singer partying
sans hubby in Southhampton.
"She wanted to get away from Deryck and have a weekend to herself,"
says a close source.

Although they were apart for several days last month while she was in New York
and he was in Los Angeles, the pair were less than enthused when they got back together again.

Tabloid reports of public fighting, nights partying without one another —
and Lavigne's close friendship with oil heir Brandon Davis —
have also fueled speculation that there is trouble in paradise.
"She and Brandon Davis have a good time together,"
a snitch told People recently.


The couple tied the knot in July 2006 on a private estate in Montecito, Calif.
in front of 110 guests, including family and friends from their native Ontario, Canada.

Michigan mom Aimee Louise Sword faces trial for incest with son

A Michigan mother is facing a trial after being accused
of having a summer romance with the teenage son
she gave up for adoption.
Aimee Louise Sword, 35, who is free on bond after her arrest,
was initially charged with three counts of felony third-degree
criminal sexual conduct. A judge this week reduced the charges
to one count, but police say she is accused of a "very serious crime."

Sword began a sexual relationship with her biological son in the summer of 2008
after reconnecting with him on the Internet,
Waterford Township Police Sgt. Scott Good told ABCNews.com.
"She had given the child up early on in life for adoption,"
he said, adding that Sword's adoption agreement permitted limited contact with the boy.

Good said police were notified about the alleged incestuous romance
in the fall after being contacted by Child Protective Services.
After an investigation that resulted in the three-count warrant,
Sword surrendered to police April 24.
She was released a short time later on a $3,000 bond.

Sword's lawyer Kenneth Burch told ABCNews.com that his client
has pleaded not guilty ahead of the pre-trial date set for Sept. 21.
"Anybody would be distraught and she is because of the allegations she is faced with,"
he said. "She's meeting this head on."
Burch would not go into detail about Sword or her life, but confirmed
she has other children who have since been removed from the house by CPS.
There were never any allegations of abuse involving the other children, he said.

Her ex-mother-in-law, before hanging up on ABCNews.com, said
that she's "not interested in any interview, anything with my grandchildren."
Police said it was clear there were multiple sexual encounters with the teen.

Because of police policy regarding criminal sexual conduct cases and the fact
that Sword's son is a minor, Good said he could not release other details,
including the boy's whereabouts or even his current age.
Sword's ex-husband couldn't be reached for comment.
Good said that despite the low bond, the charge against her is "very severe."
